Level Infinite and Hotta Studio today unveiled details of The Dragon Grove, the forthcoming major expansion for Tower of Fantasy, the popular open-world MMORPG available on PC and mobile devices. Set to launch on 5th September, the expansion invites Wanderers to journey through Joltville, a new map nestled in Domain 9’s heart.
Characterised by perilous mountains and valleys, Joltville serves as Domain 9’s administrative and tech research centre, featuring the advanced Infinite Sundial. It also lies at the core of Qinglong’s Might and hosts Domain 9’s priciest trading hub, Tianhe Bazaar. The map, divided into Dragon, Rabbit, and Tiger Counties, boasts a rich array of wildlife and exotic creatures.

What will you find in Joltville?
In addition to its technological, commercial, and natural offerings, Joltville presents fresh challenges in the form of new adversaries. Unique to Joltville, the Cursed Armour is particularly menacing, having exhibited no obvious weaknesses in battle thus far. Alongside the Cursed Armour, Wanderers will confront the new boss, Taotie, a high-ranking entity of Darkness. With ferocious native creatures like the Herba Tiger, Folium Tiger, Crystalline Hatchling, and Crystalline Salamander, Wanderers venturing into Joltville must brace themselves for combat.
The expansion also introduces a new simulacrum, Huang. Madam Huang, the Azure Guards’ chief, presides over Joltville’s Tianzhang Pavilion. Known for her eccentricity and precision, she wields immense power and has dedicated her life to avenging all forms of injustice.
