A new adventure in feudal Japan

Assassin’s Creed Shadows takes players to feudal Japan, where they will explore large castle towns, bustling ports, peaceful shrines, and battle-scarred lands. The game features changing seasons, unpredictable weather, and interactive environments that react to players’ actions.

Players will control Naoe, a skilled shinobi Assassin, and Yasuke, a powerful samurai. Naoe uses stealth and agility to move unseen, while Yasuke fights with strength and precision to defeat enemies. Together, they will uncover secrets and take on dangerous missions.

Pre-order bonuses and expansions

Ubisoft is offering bonus content for players who pre-purchase the game. These include:

  • Thrown to the Dogs quest (available at launch)
  • Claws of Awaji expansion (releasing later this year)

Steam achievements and trading cards

Ubisoft has also confirmed that Assassin’s Creed Shadows will include Steam achievements, badges, and trading cards from day one. This means players can unlock rewards and customise their Steam profiles as they play.

With the launch date getting closer, fans can now watch the trailer, pre-order the game, and get ready for an epic adventure in feudal Japan.
