Bandai Namco is adding official two-player co-op to Elden Ring: Nightreign in Title Update 1.02, launching July 30.

This new mode lets you and one friend play through the game together, no mods needed. It’s similar to what the Seamless Co-Op Mod offered, but now fully supported.

Some info about Nightreign

Nightreign is a multiplayer game set in the ELDEN RING universe. You fight through a dark world in teams of three, using unique champions with their skills. It currently has Very Positive reviews on Steam. The game hit a peak of 313k players at launch, and in the last 24 hours, it peaked at 49k.

The update will also bring some UI improvements, including more filtering options for Relics. Full patch notes haven’t been shared yet, but are expected close to launch.
