There’s some exciting news for fans of the Titanfall series. A popular data miner has claimed that Titanfall 3 might be revealed later this year at The Game Awards 2025. If this is true, the game could be released in 2026.
Last month, there were reports that Respawn Entertainment had cancelled a secret project. Some people believed this cancelled game was related to Titanfall. Insiders said it was not a full sequel but a smaller multiplayer game.
Although the Titanfall series has not seen a new game since Titanfall 2 in 2016, it still has a strong fan base. Instead of making a third Titanfall, Respawn focused on Apex Legends, a very successful free-to-play battle royale game set in the same universe.
Two well-known Apex Legends data miners, YOROTSUKI and Osvaldatore, have brought new hope for Titanfall fans. Earlier today, Osvaldatore posted a mysterious image of a “Titanfall 3” logo on social media.
Later, YOROTSUKI made another post explaining more details. Some people thought this was just a joke, but YOROTSUKI said it’s not an April Fool’s prank. They pointed out that they had already talked about a secret Respawn project back in December. Now, they believe this secret project is actually Titanfall 3 and that it is still in development.
Titanfall 3: When will it be announced?
According to the leak, Titanfall 3 might be shown to the public during The Game Awards in December 2025. The launch could happen sometime in 2026.
The news website MP1st also talked about the leak, but warned readers to be careful. The leak might not be 100% true. They also mentioned another game project called “Project Bruno”, which is likely a Star Wars turn-based strategy game from Bit Reactor. That game might be announced later this month.
So far, Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts (EA) have not made any official statement about Titanfall 3. But fans are now more hopeful than ever. If these leaks turn out to be true, we might finally see Titanfall 3 after nearly 10 years of waiting.
