NCSOFT and Mistil Games have revealed Time Takers, a new free-to-play team survival hero shooter heading to PC via Steam. While there’s no release date yet, a Steam playtest is coming soon.

The game puts players in team-based third-person battles where every second matters. Time itself becomes your lifeline, spent or earned through combat. The core resource, Time Energy, fuels everything from upgrading skills to reviving teammates. Do you save it to survive longer, or spend it now to turn the tide? That choice shapes each match.
This one stands apart from traditional hero shooters by ditching rigid roles. Each character comes with unique abilities, but weapons and passive apps let you change your playstyle on the fly. That means even the same hero can feel completely different depending on your build.
Time Takers looks like a fresh spin on the genre.
