KRAFTON and PUBG Corporation have revealed PUBG: Black Budget, a tense tactical extraction shooter.
You are a Contractor. Your mission is simple: recover top-secret tech from an abandoned research facility. The catch here is that the island is stuck in a time loop, consumed by a mysterious force called the Anomaly. Extract artifacts, gather research, and uncover the truth behind the black-budget project, SAPIENS.
Between missions, you can expand your Base, craft new gear, and level up your skills. PvPvE threats get harder with every loop. The longer you stay, the deadlier it becomes.
The game features a 2.5×2.5 km island with varied biomes, underground facilities, and points of interest. Sessions last up to 30 minutes, combining exploration, combat, and extraction. You can squad up in groups of three, with 45 players per session. Difficulty scales with your level and time spent in the loop.
A Closed Alpha Test kicks off on December 12 and runs until December 22. Sign up for access on Steam.
