Sony has revealed the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for September 2025, and it’s a strong mix of platforming, farming, and puzzle-solving. All three titles drop on September 2 for PlayStation Plus Essential subscribers.
A mix of worlds to dive into with PlayStation Plus
First up is Psychonauts 2 (PS4), a critically praised platform-adventure from Double Fine. You play as Raz, a young psychic diving into the twisted minds of allies and enemies alike. Expect wild levels, strange humour, and a conspiracy involving a mole inside the Psychonauts.
Then there’s Stardew Valley (PS4), the farming life sim that has become a modern classic. Start with a run-down farm, build it up, and reconnect with the townsfolk. Whether you’re raising crops, mining caves, or fishing for the perfect catch, there’s always something to do in the valley.
Finally, Viewfinder (PS5, PS4) offers a puzzle adventure unlike anything else. Using a magical camera, players snap photos and bring them into reality to reshape the world. It’s clever, colourful, and filled with surprises.
This is one of the most varied lineups PlayStation Plus has had in months.
