Bellring Games has unleashed the next chapter of its dark fantasy action extraction RPG, Mistfall Hunter. BETA 3 officially launched yesterday (September 15th) at 6:00 PM PT, with pre-install already open on Steam for registered players. This latest update is the game’s biggest yet, introducing a new hub, fresh class path, female character options, and the terrifying new Mist Lord boss.
What’s new in Mistfall Hunter BETA 3?
The Camp – Your hub for survival
For the first time, Gyldhunters will arrive in The Camp before venturing into the Gyldenmist. More than just a safe zone, this new hub blends preparation and storytelling. Players can meet Dew, the goddess fragment guiding their journey, while interacting with NPCs who provide quests, auctions, upgrades, and vital services. Friends can gather here to form parties and strategise before summoning the boat into the mist.
A new path: Blasphemer Seers
The Seer class now splits, with some staying faithful while others turn to the Blasphemer path. These warriors reject the Goddess of Light, wielding maces infused with elemental power. In combat, their brutal close-range strikes and explosive burst damage create a devastating frontline option, a violent rebuke of divinity itself.

New Mist Lord: General Harald
Once a celebrated commander, General Harald’s soul was shattered in a desperate attempt to stop the mist. Now corrupted and twisted, he guards the ruins as a relentless executioner. Facing him will test even the boldest Gyldhunters, with treasures awaiting those who manage to bring him down.
Customisation and female classes
BETA 3 finally answers one of the community’s loudest calls: female variants for all five core classes — Sorcerer, Black Arrow, Shadowstrix, Mercenary, and Seer. Alongside this, the first wave of character customisation arrives, letting players tailor their Gyldhunter’s look for the first time.

Expanded extraction options
Until now, escaping the ruins in Mistfall Hunter meant tracking down the Returner Woodling. In BETA 3, fixed exits join the mix, each with its own quirks and risks, giving players more freedom to decide how they extract.
A refined stamina system
Combat has been rebalanced with a redesigned stamina system. Recovery is faster, penalties are shorter, and stamina now regenerates even when under attack, keeping the action fluid while retaining tactical depth.

The fight for survival continues
Set in a land scarred by the war of Gods and Outer Gods, Mistfall Hunter challenges players to fight, loot, and extract amidst the spreading madness of the Gyldenmist. Every run is a gamble — survive and walk away with spoils, or fall and lose everything. With BETA 3’s additions, the world feels more alive, more dangerous, and more rewarding than ever.
