Players aren’t entirely powerless, though. New weapon enhancements are on offer, but they’re a gamble. Some sharpen your blade, while others make you more fragile. Three new relic slots are also available, tied to Depths Relics – exclusive rewards that grant serious buffs at serious costs. Every decision matters, and mistakes will be punished. At its worst, the mode can even throw an Everdark Sovereign Nightlord at you.

Deep of Night is built for the boldest Nightfarers, a gauntlet of survival that demands calculation and skill. It’s a reminder that FromSoftware still knows how to twist the knife when you think you’ve mastered the game.
Elden Ring Nightreign has already sold five million units in its first month, following the massive success of Shadow of the Erdtree. With a live-action film on the way from A24 and Bandai Namco, directed by Alex Garland, the franchise shows no signs of slowing down.
