Bungie has unveiled fresh content for Destiny 2: Heresy Act II, set to launch on March 11th, 2025. During a developer livestream, the team showcased new activities, weapons, artifact mods, and a look ahead at the Rite of the Nine event, which will be free for all players.

Court of Blades – A battle for the Taken King’s power
One of Act II’s highlights is Court of Blades, a new arena-based activity that pays tribute to the Court of Oryx from the original Destiny. Guardians will face waves of enemies in escalating difficulty, using runes to boost their power and adapt their playstyle. The event will see players vying for the mantle of the Taken King, making it a high-stakes, lore-driven challenge.
Moments of Triumph event – Earn exclusive rewards
The annual Moments of Triumph event is now live, celebrating achievements from The Final Shape. Players can complete in-game triumphs to unlock:
