The countdown is almost over, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is just around the corner, and Activision has fired up the hype with a brand-new launch trailer and a full list of PC specs. The trailer dives deep into everything we are waiting for: explosive campaign moments, multiplayer mayhem, and the undead chaos of Zombies. It’s all here, and it’s looking intense.

What’s interesting, though, is that Black Ops 7 isn’t asking for a monster rig to run. The minimum requirements include an AMD Ryzen 5 1400 or Intel Core i5-6600, 8GB of RAM, and something around a GTX 970 or RX 470 GPU. Pretty reasonable for a blockbuster shooter in 2025. If you’re aiming for smoother performance, the recommended specs jump to a Ryzen 5 1600X or i7-6700K with 12GB of RAM and an RTX 3060 or RX 6600XT. And for those planning to push it at 4K, you’ll need a Ryzen 5 5600X or i7-10700K paired with a beefy RTX 4080 or RX 9070XT. All versions will need 115GB of SSD space, so clear some room.

Activision also confirmed that Black Ops 7 has been “fully tuned” for PC handhelds like the ROG Ally and ROG Ally X, with adjusted UI and native control support. But the company didn’t share performance numbers, so it’s still a mystery how well it’ll actually run on those devices.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 launches on 14 November for PS5, Xbox, and PC, just days away from seeing how your setup holds up under fire.
