ARC Raiders is off to a flying start. Embark Studios has confirmed that the game crossed 700,000 concurrent players over the weekend across all platforms, a huge milestone for the newly launched sci-fi shooter.
According to SteamDB, ARC Raiders reached a new peak of 462,488 players on Steam alone. While the exact numbers for PlayStation and Xbox aren’t available, it’s clear that PC players make up the majority of this impressive figure. The game has also sold over 2.5 million copies so far, with most of those sales coming from Steam.
A strong start for Embark Studios with ARC Raiders
Since launching on October 30, 2025, ARC Raiders hasn’t fallen below 100,000 concurrent players on Steam, a rare feat for any multiplayer title. It’s now outperforming The Finals, another hit from Embark Studios, and setting a new benchmark for the studio’s success.
The big question now is whether Embark can maintain this momentum. With a roadmap already planned for the rest of 2025, the future looks bright, but player retention will be key. For now, ARC Raiders is enjoying its well-earned spotlight, and it doesn’t look like it’s slowing down anytime soon.
