Resident Evil Requiem reveal trailer
Game director Koshi Nakanishi has promised that Resident Evil Requiem will be a “complete rollercoaster ride.” Instead of sticking with the action-heavy tone of Village and the RE4 remake, the team is drawing closer to the nerve-wracking design of Resident Evil 7 and the Resident Evil 2 remake. That means tense exploration, backtracking, puzzle solving, and managing scarce resources.

But there’s a twist. Nakanishi teased a brand-new system that he wouldn’t fully reveal, only hinting that the game will stretch the peaks of terror and the moments of release further apart than ever before. The goal is to make every shift in pace hit harder, keeping players on edge.
PC players are getting path tracing and DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation from day one.
