The next chapter of the Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine series is on the way. Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive have announced that Space Marine III is officially in development, though platforms and a release window remain under wraps.
In a statement, Focus Entertainment confirmed they’re working closely with Games Workshop to bring the next game to life. For now, their focus remains on supporting Space Marine II with new content and updates.
John Bert, deputy CEO of Focus Entertainment, shared that the response to Space Marine II has been incredible. The team plans to keep delivering content while developing Space Marine III, promising an immersive campaign, multiplayer mode, and large-scale battles designed to push third-person action to new heights.
Saber Interactive CEO Matthew Karch added that Space Marine II has been a huge milestone for the studio, and they’re ready to build on that success. With Space Marine III, they aim to craft an even bigger, more spectacular experience—a true love letter to Warhammer 40,000 fans.
No further details yet, but given the success of Space Marine II, expectations are sky-high.
