SEGA is bringing the Virtua Fighter franchise back in style with Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O., now available on Steam for £15.99. If you’re quick, you can grab it with a 20% launch discount for a limited time (check Steam for details). This marks a huge moment for the series, as it finally lands on PC with some serious upgrades.

This game is built on Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown, but with rollback netcode—meaning online matches should feel snappier and smoother than ever. On top of that, this version includes the first balance adjustments in over 13 years, shaking things up for both veterans and newcomers. And if you’re after a crisp visual experience, the game supports up to 60 FPS and 4K resolution for the ultimate fighting showcase.

30th Anniversary Edition

If you’re a hardcore Virtua Fighter fan, SEGA is also offering the 30th Anniversary Edition for £39.99, also with a 20% launch discount. This edition packs in:

  • A 30th Anniversary Soundtrack Collection with over 200 unreleased tracks
  • An exclusive artbook featuring concept art from the original game’s pre-production
  • A swimsuit costume set (yes, beachwear for every fighter)
  • The Legendary Pack, which includes classic stages, character models, and music from the original Virtua Fighter
  • A Yakuza Series Collaboration Pack with character costumes, background music, and stamps inspired by Yakuza
  • 30th Anniversary in-game rank titles and a wallpaper set
