UNYIELDER, the high-speed roguelite first-person shooter from Shueisha Games and TrueWorld Studios, is set to launch on PC via Steam this May. A free Prologue demo is already available if you’re eager to dive in early.

A shooter where you break the game

At its core, UNYIELDER is a movement-heavy, boss-rush FPS that lets you push its mechanics to the limit. You’ll loot weapons, stack absurd perks, and tear through enemies in the ruined city of Erebus, Antarctica. The catch? Every boss you fight is one you’ve built yourself from the remains of fallen enemies.

The game blends looter-shooter elements, movement-based FPS mechanics, and character action elements into an infinitely replayable roguelike. Expect chaos, destruction, and the freedom to experiment.

UNYIELDER key features

  • Break the game – Experiment with mechanics, stack ridiculous builds, and push the limits of what’s possible.
  • Embody tenacity – The world gets tougher as you progress, but so do you.
  • Dominate your enemies – Wield bizarre weapons and perks to shape your unique playstyle.
  • Build your Final Boss – Collect enemy parts to construct your own ultimate opponent, unlocking special weapons, perks, and characters.

The world of Erebus

Set in the abandoned ruins of Erebus in 1972, UNYIELDER drops you into a decaying utopia consumed by PNEUMA, a mysterious by-product of entropic weapons. As you fight through the war-torn city, you’ll wield volatile powers Rupture, Rhapsody, and Reverie, each offering its own form of devastation.

With an original soundtrack by Kāru, UNYIELDER promises an intense, pulse-pounding experience when it launches this May.
