DLC packs with the new ‘Plague Doctor’ spaceship are available for purchase
StarGem Inc. and Gaijin Entertainment announce the release of the 1.7.4 “Curse of the Leviathan” Content Update for the online space action Star Conflict. This update brings players a battle in a sector infected by a mysterious virus and the new ‘Plague Doctor’ spaceship.
The “Curse of the Leviathan” brawl takes place in the catacombs of Leviathan, a giant alien space station with many technological secrets waiting to be salvaged. One of the players becomes infected at the start of the brawl and passes the virus to others, while healthy players defend themselves trying to survive until reinforcements arrive. This brawl will be available every day up until November 16th.
The “Plague Doctor” once belonged to the Sentinels, a mysterious association of artificial intelligences. The ship has changed unrecognizably after a serious illness subsequent to an expedition to Leviathan and from then, the ship’s AI began to respond to the call sign “Plague Doctor”. Now this survivor is meticulously looking for the infected everywhere and destroys them on sight. Unfortunately the ship only helps in spreading the epidemic because of an ability to infect perfectly healthy ships.
