Spiritfall, the stylish roguelite from Gentle Giant, is officially making its way to consoles. After a solid Early Access run and a full PC release on 28 February, it’s now set to launch on PS5, Xbox, PS4, and Switch on 9 May.

This one’s for fans of fast-paced fights and platform brawlers. If you’ve played games like Smash Bros. and wished for a roguelite twist, Spiritfall delivers. It’s all about slick movement, sharp combos, and divine upgrades that change how you play each run.

Spiritfall - Surrounded By Enemies

You’ll drop into a shifting world, slashing through enemies with godlike powers, and when you die (and you will die), you just come back stronger. Upgrades, new weapons, unique blessings, it’s the kind of loop that keeps pulling you back in. Plus, there are a bunch of mysterious characters to meet, and not all of them are friendly.

The devs are still actively updating the game, listening to community feedback, and adding features. You can follow along through their Discord or newsletter.

Spiritfall is already available on PC via Steam, so if you can’t wait until 9 May, that’s your early ticket in.
