Sony State of Play February 2026 recap shows PlayStation’s biggest upcoming games

Sony used its February State of Play to show what is next for PlayStation players. The show mixed fresh reveals, new trailers, and a few surprises. The focus was clearly on future PS5 games.

New titles took centre stage. These included 007: First Light, 4 Loop, Beast of Reincarnation, Brigandine Abyss, Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, Control Resonant, Crimson Moon, and Darwin’s Paradox!.

Sequels and returns also stood out. Death Stranding 2: On The Beach confirmed a PC version. Dead or Alive 6 Last Round appeared again, while Ghost of Yotei: Legends finally got a release window. Fans also saw God of War: Sons of Sparta and God of War Trilogy Remake.

More reveals kept coming. These included John Wick, Kena: Scars of Kosmora, Marathon, Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Volume 2, Mina The Hollower, Neva: Prologue, Pragmata, and Project Windless.

Classic names returned too. Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition, Resident Evil Requiem, Rev. Noir, Saros, Silent Hill: Townfall, Star Wars Galactic Racer, and Yakoh Shinobi Ops closed the show.

Overall, this State of Play was a busy one. Plenty is coming. Now the wait begins for release dates and gameplay deep dives.
