If your streaming setup is equal parts “battle station” and “home office”, the camera you’re using suddenly matters a lot more than you’d like to admit. Razer is leaning into that creator crossover today, announcing Quartz and White colourways for its creator webcams Kiyo V2 and Kiyo V2 X, joining the existing Black finish.
The headline change for Kiyo V2 isn’t just cosmetic, either. Razer says it’s now adding AI Face Retouching via Camo Studio, aiming for a more natural-looking on-camera polish that adapts in real time to lighting and environmental changes (you’ll need the latest version of Camo Studio to switch it on).
What’s new on V2?
Under the hood, the core pitch stays focused on “set it up, look sharp, don’t faff about” features: 4K at 30fps, AI-powered auto-framing, one-click image enhancement, plus HDR and an ultrawide field of view for flexible framing. Razer also highlights DSLR-style controls through Razer Synapse, and a broader Camo Studio-powered toolkit (things like spotlight mode, background blur/replacement, and overlays).
Where Kiyo V2 X fits in
The more accessible option, Kiyo V2 X, targets creators who want an upgrade without the “full studio” price tag. It captures 1440p video at up to 60fps, with fast autofocus, a wide-angle lens, and a built-in mic for quick plug-and-play setups.

Price and availability
Both webcams are listed as available now in Black, Quartz and White, with UK pricing at £149.99 for V2 and £99.99 for V2 X (US and EU MSRPs are also confirmed).
There’s also a nice bonus for the flagship model: Kiyo V2 purchases include a complimentary lifetime Camo Studio licence, according to launch coverage.
