If you’ve been waiting for the “right, who’s actually going?” moment before committing to Boston in March, PAX East has just done the helpful bit: the full expo hall lineup for 2026 is now out in the wild, and it’s a chunky one.
Co-show organisers ReedPop and Penny Arcade have confirmed more than 300 exhibitors for PAX East 2026, running from Thursday, 26 March to Sunday, 29 March at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (formerly the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center).
Big names on the expo floor
Highlights from the newly confirmed exhibitor list include Nintendo, Blumhouse Games, Double Fine Productions, NIS America, GIANTS Software, and Dread XP, joining previously announced names like IllFonic, Gravity Co. Ltd., and Atari Interactive. Hardware and accessory brands are in the mix too, with Logitech and Lexar on the floor, alongside IDW Publishing for anyone who can’t leave without at least one bag that’s heavier than it was when they arrived.
Local dev energy, plus tabletop staples
There’s also a strong Massachusetts footprint with studios like Red Rabbit Games, Daylight Basement Studio, and AAAA Games named as part of the wider PAX East exhibitor list. On the tabletop side, expect the usual “just one more round” trap, with Magic: The Gathering, Dice Throne, and Godzilla: Reign of Kaiju represented through exhibitors such as UVS Games and others.
Panels, meetups, and live music
The PAX East schedule tease includes a panel from IllFonic focused on Halloween, featuring Malek Akkad (of Compass International Pictures), with John Carpenter set to appear virtually. Beyond that, there’s a Warframe panel on the slate, cosplay gatherings (including a Resident Evil 30th anniversary meetup), and live concerts featuring mxmtoon and Sixth Station Trio.
And because it wouldn’t be PAX without someone being delightfully unhinged about peripherals, Jerry Holkins (co-founder of PAX, Penny Arcade, and Child’s Play Charity) has already declared he’s “mentally” at the show, and is apparently holding out on replacing a battered keyboard until he can find something properly weird on the expo floor.
Badge prices and what’s available
PAX East badges are on sale now, with official pricing listing: 4-day weekend passes at $250, Thursday/Friday/Sunday single-day passes at $75, and Saturday at $82 (plus a kids 4-day option at $30 for ages 7–12). The BYOC add-on is listed separately and currently shows as sold out.
