NetEase Games has officially launched the cross-platform test for Once Human, bringing mobile and PC players together. This test aims to refine cross-platform compatibility ahead of the game’s mobile launch in April 2025.
Right now, Once Human is only available on PC, but Android and iOS players will soon join the fight against its Lovecraftian horrors. Cross-platform play means a bigger player base, more opportunities for team-building, and seamless world exploration.

How to join the test
The test runs until March 30 and is open to players in Europe, Japan, and North America. There are limited spots, so if you’re interested, act fast. You can sign up by completing a survey in Once Human or through the game’s official social media channels.
- iOS users need to join via TestFlight.
- Android users must download the APK from the official website.
- PC players can jump in through the game’s client after being accepted.
This test uses the existing global PC servers, meaning mobile players get full access to Once Human’s content, including all Scenarios, the Visional Wheel, and Lunar Oracle.

Pre-register for Once Human rewards
Alongside the test, pre-registration is now live for mobile players. Signing up earns in-game rewards, including weapons and items to help kickstart your journey. Plus, players are automatically entered into a draw to win an iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Since launch, Once Human has grown with updates like PvP Scenarios and Animal Ranching, adding more variety for players. The mobile version is set to arrive in April 2025, though an exact date is still under wraps.

For now, if you want to experience Once Human on mobile before launch, this test is your best chance. Get in while you can!
