NuPhy has officially launched the NuPhy Node 100 mechanical keyboard, expanding its retro-themed Node series. After introducing the Node 75 earlier this year, the company has now brought the same design style to a larger 1800 layout, offering a built-in num pad while keeping the keyboard more compact than a standard full-size model.

The NuPhy Node 100 follows the same classic design approach seen in the series. The keyboard features a clean retro look inspired by older industrial designs. Along the top edge, NuPhy has added a touch-sensitive control area, along with dot-style indicator lights that display keyboard status information.

The keyboard uses a plastic case with a PCB gasket mount. This design choice helps keep the price lower. The NuPhy Node 100 is priced at $109.99 and is available in Ink Grey, Lunar White, and Light Pink through NuPhy’s official online store.

Node 100

NuPhy is offering the Node 100 in both low-profile and full-height versions. Buyers can choose between linear, silent, and light tactile switches. The low-profile version uses NuPhy Nano switches, based on a low-profile switch design, and is aimed at users who want a slimmer keyboard for daily productivity.

For connectivity, the NuPhy Node 100 supports 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth, and USB-C wired modes. This allows the keyboard to be used across multiple devices without switching cables.

Both versions come with PBT keycaps. The low-profile model uses nSA-profile keycaps with dye-sublimated legends, while the full-height version features double-shot keycaps in the mSA profile. Adjustable feet allow users to set typing angles at 6, 9, or 12 degrees.

The 1800 layout keeps the full-size zero key on the num pad, which is useful for users who frequently work with numbers. At the same time, the layout reduces unused spacing to save desk space.

Node 100 web tool customisation

The NuPhy Node 100 runs on NuPhyIO firmware and supports full key remapping through NuPhy’s web-based tool. With RGB lighting turned off, the keyboard can reach up to 1,000 hours of battery life. Battery capacity is rated at 3,000 mAh for the low-profile version and 4,000 mAh for the full-height model. With lighting enabled, battery life drops to around 100 hours.

NuPhy has also released official 3D files for the NuPhy Node 100. These files allow users to create accessories such as phone stands, pen holders, and other add-ons using a 3D printer.

The NuPhy Node 100 is now available for purchase, adding a larger layout option to NuPhy’s growing retro keyboard lineup.
