No Sun To Worship, the stylish, minimalist stealth-action game from Merlino Games, is making its console debut. Hyperstrange has confirmed that it’s heading to PlayStation 5 and Xbox consoles in 2025. The game originally launched for PC via Steam back on 15 September 2023.
This one’s not your typical action-packed stealth romp. It’s quieter, tighter, and proudly old-school, drawing from the golden age of stealth games while throwing you into a broken, post-nuclear world that’s as eerie as it is compelling.

Stealth with purpose
At its heart, No Sun To Worship is all about precision and patience. You get six compact chapters, each designed to challenge the way you think about infiltration and assassination. There’s no hand-holding, just you, the shadows, and a set of tools that may or may not work the way you want.
You can play it cool by sneaking, crawling, disabling cameras, and smashing lights. Or go loud and deal with the consequences on your terms. Every choice has weight, and resource management plays a crucial role. Sometimes the gun in your hand is empty, but your enemy doesn’t need to know that.

A world in ruin, a story untold
There’s no dialogue or walls of text here. No Sun To Worship leans into non-verbal storytelling, using environments, atmosphere, and subtle details to paint a picture of a planet left in tatters after a nuclear war. As you move through its shattered remains, you’ll start to piece together your place in it all, while unseen forces watch from the stars.
It’s haunting, lonely, and deliberate in its design, every pixel serving a purpose.

If you missed No Sun To Worship on PC, this console release could be your perfect way in. And if you’re already a fan? Well, it’s a good excuse to dive back in and perfect those stealth runs.
