A new Nioh 3 demo is coming on 29 January 2026. This time it’s on both PlayStation 5 and PC. The last test was PS5-only, so this is the first chance for PC players to dive in early.
You can play solo or team up with three others online. But there’s no crossplay. Not in the demo. Not in the full game. Your save data will carry over, though, so every victory counts.

Pre-orders are live now. The Standard Edition is $79.99 (around £63). The Digital Deluxe Edition is $119.99 (around £94). It includes the Season Pass and a set of bonus items like the Chijiko Netsuke Charm, Infernal Weapons, and the Kodama Netsuke Charm. DLC 1 drops by September 2026. DLC 2 arrives by February 2027.
There’s also a SteelBook edition and a special PS5 physical version. The Nioh 3 Treasure Box packs in the game a Scampuss Furball keychain, a desk pad, an artbook, and a soundtrack CD.
Early buyers get armour sets inspired by William and Hide. They’re unlocked through the Hellfrost Armour Set bonus. Steam players also get a huge 90% discount on Nioh: Complete Edition.

Nioh 3 launches on 6 February 2026 for PS5, and it feels like Team NINJA’s most refined game yet, with no sudden difficulty spikes.
