Nintendo returned with another Partner Showcase, this time focused on third-party games for Switch 2 and the original Switch. The presentation was tight and packed with updates. Some games were brand new. Others finally got dates, demos, or enhanced editions. You can watch the whole showcase below.
Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase
Here is a clear look at what stood out in the Nintendo Showcase.
Orbitals
The Nintendo show opened with Orbitals, a co-op sci-fi adventure from Shapefarm and Kepler Interactive. It focuses on teamwork, tools, and side activities. Anime-style visuals give it a strong identity. It launches Summer 2026 only on Switch 2 with GameShare support.

PARANORMASIGHT: The Mermaid’s Curse
Mystery fans got PARANORMASIGHT: The Mermaid’s Curse. The story explores Japanese mermaid legends in Ise-Shima. Expect investigation, characters with secrets, and both land and underwater gameplay. It arrives very soon, on 19 February.
Captain Tsubasa 2: World Fighters
Sports anime energy came next with Captain Tsubasa 2: World Fighters. It promises national teams, special moves, and over 100 playable characters. Football action looks fast and dramatic. Launch is planned for later in 2026.
eFootball Kick-Off
Football continues with eFootball Kick-Off! from KONAMI. It is built for Switch 2. The focus is accessibility plus a world tour mode. Players build teams and join international tournaments. It releases this summer.
Tokyo Scramble
Tokyo Scramble brought something different. Players explore a hidden labyrinth under Tokyo. Strange dinosaur-like creatures hunt you. Survival depends on quick thinking and co-op play. The game launches 11 February, only on Switch 2.
The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales
The HD-2D trend continues with The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales. It blends action RPG combat with time-spanning exploration. Weapons and magic change by era. The journey begins on 18 June.
Super Bomberman Collection
Retro fans received Super Bomberman Collection. It gathers classic entries from the SNES era and beyond. There is also a new boss rush mode. GameShare support should make local sessions easy. It is already available.
PRAGMATA
CAPCOM showed more of PRAGMATA. The mix of action and puzzle-solving still looks unusual. The biggest news is practical: the demo previously on PC is now on the eShop.
Kyoto Xanadu
From Falcom, Kyoto Xanadu continues the Xanadu series. It blends 2D exploration, 3D combat, and life-sim elements. The tone feels varied and character driven. Release is planned for Summer 2026 on both Switch systems.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok
Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok expands the original game. New quests, a solo mode, and extra characters are included. Existing owners on other platforms get upgrades free. Switch 2 players join on 9 June.

Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection
Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection also appeared. It keeps the RPG spin-off approach. A demo is already live on Switch 2, which is a welcome surprise.
Arcade Archives
Classic arcade lovers were not forgotten. The Arcade Archives line continues, while Console Archives will bring older console titles forward. Early releases include Cool Boarders and Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos.
Resident Evil Requiem
The closing highlight was Resident Evil Requiem. Gameplay alternates between Grace and Leon. Survival horror mixes with action again. There will also be themed hardware extras like Amiibo and a special controller design.
Other Nintendo Ports
Ports made up a big part of the show. Major arrivals include Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered. Enhanced Switch 2 editions of Disney Dreamlight Valley, Hollow Knight, and Another Eden are also coming, alongside several others through 2026.
Overall, the Nintendo Direct showcase showed strong third-party support for Switch 2 early in its life. There is variety too. RPGs, horror, sports, retro collections, and big Western ports all appeared. If you own Nintendo hardware, the next year already looks busy.
