A new Divinity game looks very close to being revealed. Fresh trademarks registered in Europe have sparked strong rumours. These were spotted by MP1st and include multiple Divinity logos.
The timing is not random. The reveal is now expected at The Game Awards 2025. That mysterious demonic statue teased by Geoff Keighley may finally make sense, too. The statue even matches one of the newly found logo designs. It is real and sits out in the Mojave Desert.
Why a new Divinity game makes perfect sense now
After stepping away from Baldur’s Gate, this move feels natural. Larian Studios wants full control of its next big project. Divinity is their own world. And it has a strong fanbase already.
Still, the timing is a little surprising. CEO Swen Vincke once said the next game needed “a lot more time”. He even hinted at a return to award shows around 2029.
But history tells a different story. Baldur’s Gate 3 was revealed years before launch. Early access could arrive as early as 2027.
For now, it is all eyes on TGA. The wait may soon be over.
