Mistfall Hunter is coming back stronger and weirder for its second beta test on PC via Steam, starting April 21 at 6 p.m. PT / 9 p.m. ET (that’s April 22 at 2 a.m. UK time). Bellring Games is opening the gates again for a deeper, darker dive into the haunted wilds of Brandrgarde, and this time, you’re getting a proper taste of what’s next: a support class, solo mode, and a literal lake of fire.
Mistfall Hunter beta 2 trailer
Leading the charge is the Seer (Reverent Build)—a Catalyst-wielding support class that drops healing, shielding, and stealth Runes while dishing out blinding or binding traps. It’s a tactical game-changer, especially with its death-prevention spell.
Brandrgarde has grown too large, so it’s now split into two rotating maps. Plus, a new region, Lake Iris, has been uncovered, expect ancient tech, flaming ruins, and the eerie Forge, now home to the Corroded.
Solo mode is also here, with rebalanced monsters and smoother pacing for lone Gylden Hunters. And for those craving a challenge, Otto the Flesheater returns in Phase Two—unlock Einherjar Mode for tougher rewards.

Other Mistfall Hunter updates include:
- New monsters: Warden, Nightwatcher, and more
- Camp upgrades and shared storage
- Legendary gear and improved loot variety
- No more stat gaps—attribute growth is removed from level-ups
- Combat and visual polish, plus lowered system requirements
- Real-time voice chat, friend invites, and team auto-fill
- New emotes, executions, and the Journey challenge system
- Localisation support for 5 new languages

The full release of Mistfall Hunter hits PC and Xbox in 2025, but this beta is packed. Whether you’re testing the Seer or facing Otto again, Brandrgarde’s ready when you are.
