Behaviour Interactive, the studio behind Dead by Daylight, is teaming up with indie dev duo NightByte Games to unleash something truly disturbing. It Has My Face is a first-person horror roguelite where the only thing more terrifying than the world around you… is you.

Announced during a live PAX East Broadcast, the game sees you stalk your own clone through a procedurally generated dystopian city. With social deception, emergent AI, and a creeping atmosphere of paranoia, every run plays out like a psychological thriller where you’re never sure if the person watching you… is you.

You can now wishlist the game on Steam, and try the free demo, available now.

What to expect in It Has My Face

  • You vs you: Your clone is hunting you. And you’re hunting them. Stay sharp, or die trying.
  • Procedural paranoia: AI, maps, weapons, and crowds are all randomised, keeping each run fresh and unpredictable.
  • Crowd deception: Blending in won’t save you if your clone learns faster than you do. Every step is a risk.
  • Narrative horror: As you progress, you’ll uncover a dark story about identity, surveillance, and survival.
  • Built by passion: Originally a class project turned itch.io hit, It Has My Face has evolved into a fully fledged title thanks to its devoted fanbase.

Developed by NightByte Games (creators of Samurai Survivors) and published by Behaviour Interactive, It Has My Face launches in Early Access later in 2025. The game will support English, Turkish, French, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese.

If you’re into social deception, survival horror, or just the idea of being stalked by a smarter version of yourself, this one belongs on your wishlist.
