Saber Interactive has finally shown the first gameplay trailer for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival. The game is planned for 2026 and aims to bring the horror series back with a fresh single-player story.
Hellraiser: Revival gameplay reveal trailer
You play as Aidan. His girlfriend, Sunny, is trapped in the Labyrinth. It is a strange and terrifying world, and nothing about it feels safe. To escape, you will rely on the Genesis Configuration. It is a powerful puzzle box that gives you special abilities. You will need every one of them as you fight monsters, survive tight corners, and face Pinhead.

This game also marks the return of Doug Bradley, who once again voices Pinhead. The trailer shows a mix of slow tension and sharp violence. You will move through twisted spaces filled with cultists, violent worshippers, and grotesque creatures. The weapons stand out, too. Some look painful enough to fear, yet tempting enough to use without thinking twice.
Hellraiser: Revival story seems focused on dread, discovery, and the unsettling bond between power and suffering. Saber says the game runs on Unreal Engine 5, not their own in-house tech, which explains the sharp detail in every dark corner.

There is no exact release date yet. All we know is that it’s coming sometime in 2026.
More updates are expected soon, and the system requirements are already available for anyone planning.
