Gold Gold Adventure Gold will soon drop a time-limited demo on Steam, and it’s as wild as the name suggests. You’ve got from May 9th through May 19th to try it out on PC, so don’t sleep on it.
Gold Gold Adventure Gold is a mix of colony sim and reverse RPG from the brilliantly chaotic minds at Can Can Can a Man. Instead of going on adventures, you’re the one sending heroes out. Your job? Build a town around a dungeon full of monsters, throw gold at problems, and somehow keep everything from falling apart.
You’ve got no army, no real plan, and no budget. Just gold. And a suspiciously hungry pet god-beast.
Gold Gold Adventure Gold features
- Hire adventurers by promising them glory (but mostly gold). Send them to fight, defend, explore, and hopefully not die.
- Build a city however you want—grow crops, hunt monsters, collect taxes. Your economy evolves with your choices.
- Recruit weird heroes—humans, beastmen, mothmen, even undead. Mix and match or stick to your favourites.
- Raise a god-beast you found munching on your food. Teach it spells, brush it, pet it… or discipline it before it gets ideas.
- Watch your heroes fight… or fail. Help them with loot and training, or just feed them to the beast. Some might evolve into something far more powerful.
Gold Gold Adventure Gold is weird, clever, and full of personality. The demo’s free, so give it a go when the window opens in May
