GameSir has announced a new collaboration between its latest G7 Pro 8K PC controller and Nioh 3. Pre-orders are now live on the official GameSir website, targeting PC players who want fast and reliable control for action-focused games.
The G7 Pro 8K PC features a design inspired by Nioh 3’s Living Weapon form. The grips use a deep black finish that reflects heavy armour, while gold details highlight the spiritual energy seen in the game. The overall look stays clean and serious, matching the tone of the series.
Performance is a key focus of this controller. It supports an 8000Hz polling rate in both wired and 2.4G wireless modes. This allows player inputs to register almost instantly, helping with quick reactions during dodging, blocking, and counterattacks.
GameSir has equipped the controller with second-generation Mag Res TMR thumbsticks. These sticks rely on magnetic sensing, which removes physical contact inside the module. This helps reduce long-term wear and keeps movement smooth and accurate over extended use.
The trigger system offers two modes. Players can switch between Hall Effect analogue triggers for smooth and steady control, or micro switch triggers for fast and direct response. This gives flexibility across different combat situations and play styles.
The controller also includes four programmable buttons. Two are placed on the back and two near the bumpers. Each button supports macro recording, allowing players to assign custom actions for quicker execution in-game.
Button quality has been improved with optical micro switch ABXY buttons, offering consistent input and better durability. The D pad has also been refined to deliver more accurate directional control.
For feedback and immersion, the G7 Pro 8K PC uses dual vibration motors inside the grips. These provide clearer and more defined vibrations during combat. A built-in 6-axis gyroscope is included as well, supporting motion control for finer adjustments in supported titles.
Customisation is handled through GameSir Connect software, where users can adjust sensitivity, remap buttons, and fine-tune performance settings.
