The team behind The Occultist is back with another descent into madness. DALOAR has announced Frame Zero, a first-person psychological horror game set to release on PC in mid-2027.

Players step into the shoes of journalist Emma Sullivan and her cameraman, Daniel Foster, who investigate the mysterious death of Father Gabriele Amorth, a famed exorcist who died under suspicious circumstances. But when they enter his apartment, they find something far worse than silence: every resident is dead.

Frame Zero – A deadly ritual gone wrong

Amorth’s secret comes to light soon after. He had been trying to save a possessed girl abandoned by the Church, hiding her in his attic for years. The ritual failed, and now she’s loose, transformed into a blind, twisted monster.

When Emma disappears, Daniel is left alone, armed with nothing but his camera to capture the horrors inside the cursed building.

Frame Zero promises a found-footage style of terror, where every flicker of light and every distorted shadow tells a story you might not want to see.

Frame Zero is like another slow-burning nightmare from DALOAR, and if The Occultist was any indication, horror fans should probably start preparing their nerves now.
