The Bags & Blasts update for Core Keeper is set to launch on March 10, bringing a fresh sub-biome, a powerful new skill tree, and one of the game’s biggest boss fights yet. Fireshine Games and Pugstorm have packed this update with explosive new content, including better inventory management and game-changing bombs.

What’s new?

  • Explore the Oasis – A sun-drenched sub-biome in Core Keeper, the Oasis introduces the Drohmble, a camel-like creature you can ranch for a useful (but stinky) crafting resource.
  • Massive boss fight – Get ready to take on Nimruza, Queen of the Burrowed Sands, a towering super cicada. Whether you’re fighting solo or teaming up with friends, this is one of the toughest battles yet.
  • Explosives skill tree and grenades – A brand-new Explosives skill tree with eight new skills lets you wield devastating new grenades. Expect serious firepower with the Void Bomb, which creates a vacuum, and the Blunder Bomb, a multi-blast explosive.
  • Better inventory management – The long-awaited Pouches help keep your inventory organised by storing ore, seeds, fish, and valuables in dedicated spaces. A new hotbar swapping feature lets you switch which inventory row appears in your hotbar, and quick stacking makes sorting items into nearby chests effortless.
