Built from a chance Reddit meeting between Juhana “Mureena”, Creative Director, and the team at Psychoflow Studio, Bionic Bay has grown into a fast, sharp, and deeply satisfying challenge. Think handcrafted pixel-art world meets high-speed parkour with brain-bending mechanics. You’re not just playing a game, you’re part of a scientific experiment.
This isn’t a relaxed platformer with long story breaks. Bionic Bay is built for quick reflexes, smart thinking, and tight controls. You’ll teleport, slow time, throw objects, and bend gravity to get through 23 tough but rewarding levels. It’s designed to be challenging, but never unfair. And each environment? Created pixel by pixel for maximum atmosphere.
What’s new in Bionic Bay v1.0?
You’ve got the full story mode plus Bionic Bay Online—a dedicated mode made for speedrunners and challenge hunters. Compete in rotating time-limited courses using your ghost data, customise your scientist, and climb the global leaderboards. It’s competitive, creative, and chaotic in all the best ways.
Let’s talk mechanics:
- Swap mechanic – Switch places with objects to solve puzzles and traverse tricky areas.
- ChronoLag – Slow time to dodge death or boost speed during races.
- Power Fist – Throw objects (or solve puzzles) with force.
