Electronic Arts and DICE have officially revealed the PC requirements for Battlefield 6, and they’re exactly what you’d expect for a Frostbite-powered modern shooter.
If you’re planning to run Battlefield 6 on PC, here’s what you’ll need:
Battlefield 6 PC requirements
| Spec type | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| OS | Windows 10 64-bit | Windows 10/11 64-bit |
| CPU | Intel Core i5-8400 / Ryzen 5 2600 | Intel Core i7-10700 / Ryzen 7 3700X |
| RAM | 16GB | 16GB |
| GPU | RTX 2060 / RX 5600 XT | RTX 3060 Ti / RX 6700 XT |
| DirectX | Version 12 | Version 12 |
| Storage | 55GB SSD | 55GB SSD |
There’s no word yet on what resolution or framerate these specs are targeting, but at least we know what ballpark we’re in. The game will run on DX12 and, of course, will require an EA Account even if you’re playing on Steam.
Kernel-Level Anti-Cheat is confirmed, so that’s something to keep in mind. As for Denuvo, it’s not currently listed on the Steam page, but don’t be surprised if it appears closer to launch. Past Battlefield titles have used it.
Battlefield 6 is built on the latest version of the Frostbite Engine, and we’re expecting support for NVIDIA DLSS 4 and AMD FSR 3.0. No confirmed ray tracing features yet, but with Battlefield V being one of the poster children for RTX back in the day, it’s likely we’ll see some visual flair here too.

New trailers tease chaos, classes, and maps
The three fresh trailers are all focused on multiplayer, and they’re packed with action. We get a closer look at the different class loadouts, a handful of new maps, and the overall structure of the game’s large-scale battles. If you were hoping for a more chaotic, dynamic Battlefield experience, this might be it.
We also got more details on the beta schedule:
- Closed Beta hits in early August
- Open Beta will follow shortly after
And yes, Battlefield 6 officially launches on October 10, 2025.
Looks like it’s time to upgrade your rig.
