GoldFire Studios has confirmed that Arctic Awakening, its first-person narrative adventure, will release on 18 September for PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store.

The game is set in the remote Arctic North, where you will play as Kai, a pilot stranded in a frozen wilderness after a disastrous supply drop mission. What was meant to be routine turns into a fight for survival when a violent storm tears your plane apart mid-flight. Your co-pilot, Donovan, vanishes, leaving you with nothing but sub-zero temperatures and a therapy bot named Alfie for company.
The game focuses on exploration, mystery, and survival. You’ll have to trek through icy terrain, follow clues to find Donovan, and unravel the strange forces at work. Every turn will bring new questions: what really destroyed your plane, and what’s making those noises in the dark?
