Server trouble last week caused chaos in ARC Raiders. Many players finished their raids, extracted safely, and expected to see their loot waiting for them. Instead, their loadouts vanished.
Now, Embark Studios is stepping in to fix the situation. The studio has confirmed it is reviewing affected accounts and slowly returning the missing items. Players who lost gear during the outage should begin seeing their loadouts appear again over the next few days.
This move is unusual for the game. ARC Raiders does not normally offer any form of gear protection or recovery system. If you lose equipment in a raid, it is usually gone for good.

According to Embark Studios, the only reason items are being restored is that the problem affected a large number of players at the same time. The studio described the outage as an exceptional case.
In short, this is not something players should expect again.
If similar problems happen in the future, the developers are unlikely to compensate for lost gear. The team made it clear that this is a rare one-time action.
Outside of the recovery effort, update 1.19.0 also adds a few small extras. Players are getting a new outfit, two fresh hairstyles, and several bug fixes.
The patch also resolves the Comet enemy loot issue and removes an exploit involving Snaphooks.
For now, affected players are getting their gear back. But next time, survival and your loot may depend entirely on luck.
