Black Tower announced a new project called Against The Moon, a turn-based strategy with Roguelike elements. The game tells the story of the battle between the remnants of humanity and chthonic monsters. To win players will have to constantly sacrifice their combat units, valuable resources and important squad members. The game is scheduled for release in the summer of 2020.
Developers mixed elements of popular trading card and roguelike games like Slay the Spire, Hand of Fate and Talisman to create an epic strategy experience with a thrilling plot and unique visual style.

The story tells of the last stronghold of humanity, Arx, the intelligent city. Human civilization has been destroyed. The Moon has turned the chthonic beasts Furos against humans. The last hope for mankind is Ultori, a team of superhumans, who use the ancient source of unexplainable energy, Luma.
Against the Moon offers a new approach to deckbuilding: each character can evolve in many directions. The player can adapt to the strategy of opponents, controlling the balance of energy and available units. Intuitive game mechanics will suit casual players, while hardcore genre fans will be challenged by special missions with unique rewards.
Code Heretic is an indie games developer studio. Against The Moon is the team’s first project. Black Tower is an indie game publisher focused on projects with RPG and RTS elements. Other notable publisher projects are Encased and Sin Slayers.
