Sony has officially confirmed the PlayStation Plus Essential lineup for April 2026, and it’s a varied set of three titles, available to download from 7th April through to 4th May.
Lords of the Fallen headlines PlayStation Plus lineup this month
Leading the charge is Lords of the Fallen, the soulslike action-RPG from CI Games set in a grim medieval fantasy world. It’s well-timed, too, with Lords of the Fallen 2 expected to launch later this year on PS5, Xbox, and PC via Epic Games, making now a great opportunity to catch up before the sequel arrives.

Something for Anime fans
Joining it is Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream, which offers both a single-player story mode with an original narrative and online multiplayer supporting lobbies of over 20 players across five parties. Anime fans with a PS Plus subscription have little reason to skip this one.

A classic trilogy rounds things out
Rounding out the month is Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered, bundling Lara’s first three adventures, complete with all expansions and secret levels, alongside upgraded visuals, a toggle for the original graphics, and a new Challenge mode that lets players unlock 10 new outfits with gameplay-altering abilities.
All three titles are available from 7th April for PS Plus Essential members.
