Marvel Rivals season 6.5 is almost here, landing on 13 February. The big headline is Elsa Bloodstone joining the hero roster, but the newly revealed roadmap shows there is far more coming before season 7 begins on 20 March.
This mid-season update looks focused on events, fresh cosmetics, and keeping players active between major seasonal drops.

What to expect during the mid Marvel Rivals season
One early highlight is a themed event around Rogue and Gambit’s wedding. It is clearly built to add some fun Marvel storytelling while keeping matches lively.

Another storyline leans into chaos. Deadpool steps in as a “Monster King”, bringing a Monster Kingdom event that looks set to shake up the usual tone of the game.
From 20 February, players can jump into the Monster Kingdom Championship Tournament. Deadpool is hosting this one, so expect humour alongside the competition. At the same time, the Twisted Nightmare and Faulty Dream events will start rolling out.
Cosmetics are also a big part of this update. Captain America and Moon Knight are getting Twisted Nightmare-themed outfits. Psylocke and The Thing are also receiving new looks, with more expected through the season.

Marvel Rivals Season 6.5 feels like a bridge update, but there is enough here to keep fans busy until season 7 arrives.
