New concept art for the upcoming Fable reboot has leaked ahead of the Xbox Developer Direct. The images give fans a first look at locations, items, and story elements.
Most notably, the leaks suggest a return to Bloodstone, a port town from Fable 2. The castle entrance sits between mountains, leading into areas like the Market District, Pub Island, and Arena. Signs show it’s a functioning town, including one advertising fresh fish and another reading “The Phoenix Feather.” Characters such as Artisan and Jacobs may be found along its streets.
Fable swamp village and dark encounters
Another location revealed is a swamp village called Hamlet. Concept art shows two versions: its original state and a flooded version, hinting at possible story events.
Fans also get a glimpse of the main character exploring sewers and facing a werewolf. The den is dark and filled with hanging corpses, skulls, and bones. In addition, there are designs for multiple types of chests players can collect throughout the game.
It’s worth noting the leak doesn’t specify when the concept art was created. Things could change before the final release, now scheduled for 2026. Xbox fans can expect confirmation or more details during the Xbox Developer Direct next week.

This leak gives a rare early look at what Fable’s world could offer, from familiar towns to dangerous new encounters.
