It looks like Romeo Is A Dead Man might have had its release date leaked a bit early. The PlayStation App briefly showed a launch date of 11 February 2026, hinting that the time-twisting action game could arrive sooner than expected. It is not confirmed, of course, but the date does fall on a Wednesday, which makes the leak feel believable enough.

You play as Romeo Stargazer, an FBI Space-Time special agent known as Dead Man. He is stuck between life and death after a last-second time paradox saves him from dying. That single moment tears the space-time continuum apart, thanks to a brilliant yet reckless scientist who pushes time experimentation too far. Now Romeo has to deal with the fallout and fight to fix the damage spreading across reality.
Romeo Is A Dead Man mixes gunplay and sword combat, letting you switch between both on the fly. Romeo can even use enemy abilities against them, creating fast, sharp, and chaotic battles designed to keep the pace high.
As always with store-based leaks, take this as a rumour until the developers confirm it. With both the PC Gaming Show Most Wanted and The Game Awards 2025 happening this month, there is a good chance we will see a new trailer or an update soon.
