The Red Planet is opening its doors once again. Paradox Interactive and Haemimont Games have revealed Surviving Mars: Relaunched, a remastered and expanded edition of the colony builder for PS5, Xbox, and PC.

This isn’t just a visual upgrade. The relaunched version comes packed with every expansion and content pack, now refined and reworked for modern players. On top of that, it debuts the Martian Assembly update, which pushes colonies into a new phase of political and social decision-making.
Life on Mars has never been easy, but the challenge has grown. Players must manage water, oxygen, food, and power while keeping colonies alive. Drones build, trains deliver, and rival colonies compete for the same scarce resources. The tiniest mistake can put an entire settlement at risk.
Exploration and research remain at the heart of the experience. Randomised maps and hidden mysteries keep each run unpredictable. The Green Planet expansion makes terraforming part of the journey, while Project Laika introduces the first animals to the surface of Mars.
