NVIDIA has released a new video for Black State, showing the game running with DLSS 4 Multi-Frame Gen. The footage also highlights ray-traced reflections, giving us a better idea of how striking this indie project can look.
Black State RTX On showcase
Black State is a third-person action-adventure with clear influences from Metal Gear Solid and The Matrix. Despite being developed by a small team, it already delivers visuals that could rival much larger productions. Unreal Engine 5 continues to prove how smaller studios can create games that look incredible.

One of the most interesting features of the game is its portal doors. Step through one, and the world around you changes. It could lead to a new area, a fresh challenge, or back to a familiar space. This mechanic is designed to keep players on their toes while still giving them control over exploration.
NVIDIA has also confirmed that Black State will support DLSS 4 and Reflex 2. If true, it could be one of the first games to showcase Reflex 2 in action, which hasn’t appeared in any release yet.
There’s no release window for now, and developer Motion Blur hasn’t revealed the PC requirements. Until more details arrive, this new video offers the best look yet at a game that’s shaping up to be both ambitious and impressive.
