Bleakmill has released two minutes of new gameplay for INDUSTRIA 2, its Unreal Engine 5-powered narrative FPS. It’s a short clip, but packed with moody environments, robot shootouts, and a clean, immersive UI.
INDUSTRIA 2 sticks to a slow-paced, story-first approach. No open world, no live service, no microtransactions. Just a focused 4–6 hour campaign.
INDUSTRIA 2 is a direct sequel with a tighter focus
Set after the first INDUSTRIA, Nora is still trapped in a parallel world, this time near the coast, hiding in an abandoned chapel. Just as she’s about to escape, things go wrong, and she’s pulled back into the AI core of ATLAS, the machine intelligence she helped create.
You’ll explore strange industrial zones, interact with characters, and uncover what went wrong. The story leans into isolation, regret, and responsibility.

Compact gameplay, detailed visuals
The team is going all in with Unreal Engine 5 and Lumen. Lighting looks sharp, environments are dense, and robots look grimy and dangerous. Despite being made by a small team, the visuals look polished.
Combat features five upgradeable weapons. You can add silencers, bigger mags, and special effects. Enemies can be dismembered mid-fight, with machine oil spraying from busted parts.

Gameplay also includes physics-based interaction, a crafting system, and a diegetic inventory. No menus pop up mid-battle; everything is integrated into the game world.
The audio is handled through Wwise. There’s full voice acting, dynamic music during combat, and real-time sound reflections that make each area feel different.
INDUSTRIA 2 doesn’t have a release date yet, but it’ll be playable at Gamescom 2025. Expect more details soon.
