Antec has launched its second handheld game console, the Core Micro. Continuing its partnership with AyaNeo, the new Antec handheld gaming console appears to be a rebranded version of AyaNeo’s Pocket Micro, sharing many similarities in design and specifications.
Antec’s handheld gaming device features a horizontal retro design and comes in red, grey, and black colours. With compact dimensions of 156×63×18 mm, it fits easily into a pocket. The device has an aluminium alloy middle frame, weighs 233g, and includes a 2600mAh battery offering 6 to 8 hours of playtime.
Powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor (2×A76@2.2GHz + 6×A55@2.0GHz, G57 MC2), the handheld runs on the Android operating system. It is equipped with 8GB of memory, 256GB of storage, and a 3.5-inch IPS touchscreen with a resolution of 960×640, supporting 100% sRGB colour coverage.
