IO Interactive has gone back and fixed its homework.
After fans spotted several mistakes in the original PC specs, the developers have now shared an updated and much clearer set of system requirements for 007 First Light. The changes make the game look far more reasonable to run on PC.
007 First Light launches on May 27, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox, Switch 2, and PC. It was originally planned for March, but the delay has helped the team smooth things out, including these technical details.

In a post on X, IO Interactive admitted there were “inconsistencies” in the earlier specs. The recommended RAM has been cut from an eye-watering 32GB down to 16GB. A CPU naming error in the minimum requirements has also been corrected, and VRAM targets have been lowered across the board. More performance details will be shared closer to release.
Here are the updated PC system requirements for 007 First Light.
