Oh we do love an Elusive Target. After years…..literal years of waiting to have another crack at Sean Bean, I got my time. Then, more recently we had a crack at Connor McGregor, although the less we say about him, the better.
Now we have “The Splitter”, modelled-on and performed by, The Muscles from Brussels himself…..Jean-Claude Van Damme.

Elusive Targets
Elusive Targets are the ultimate test of skill for Hitman players. You get one shot, no retries, no saves.
Failure is not an option (unless you like living with the shame of fluffing Sean Bean for years!). So, brush up on your stealth techniques, perfect your disguises, and plan your attack carefully because JCVD won’t go down without a fight.
The Splitter’s story
Van Damme plays Max Valliant, a former ICA assassin who was presumed dead after a staged explosion. But like a phoenix rising from the ashes (or a really buff Belgian dude surviving an explosion), he’s back and causing trouble.
Valliant has seized control of the ICA’s Chongqing facility (one of my least favourite maps, truth be told), and it’s up to Agent 47 to eliminate this blast from the past.
World of Assassination
Even though Hitman 3 is approaching its 4th anniversary, IO Interactive continues to keep the game fresh with new content and challenges. And get this: Hitman is coming to PlayStation VR2 on March 27th, 2025. Hopefully getting inside Agent 47’s Head doesn’t make you a legit killer!
I can’t believe we’re having a crack at a brand new Elusive Target so late into the lifecycle of the game. I’ll likely be going for the premium pack, just so I can give myself a bit more time and practice to get the perfect elimination.
