Blood for Bloodlord blends real-world giving with vampiric adventure

There’s a new campaign doing the rounds that links virtual bloodlust with a very real-world good cause, and honestly, we’re all for it.

To celebrate the upcoming Early Access launch of Vampires: Bloodlord Rising, developer Mehuman Games and publisher Toplitz Productions have launched the #Blood4Bloodlord initiative, encouraging people who are already planning to donate blood to take part in a special Steam key raffle.

Vampires: Bloodlord Rising - Walking through forest

Donate blood, enter the raffle, save lives

The idea is simple. Anyone donating blood at a certified donation centre between now and 30 January 2026 can submit a short declaration via the official Blood4Bloodlord website. While supplies last, eligible participants will be entered into a raffle to receive one of 1,000 Steam keys for Vampires: Bloodlord Rising.

Each participant can win a single key, with the total value of the giveaway exceeding €30,000. Keys will be distributed on 30 January 2026, the same day the game enters Early Access on Steam.

Importantly, participation in the giveaway is entirely voluntary. The focus remains on encouraging blood donation, with the game key acting as a thank-you rather than an incentive to donate if you otherwise wouldn’t.

Blood matters, in games and in real life

In Vampires: Bloodlord Rising, blood fuels everything. It powers your growing castle, unlocks new regions, and strengthens your control over the dark land of Sangavia. In the real world, blood donations carry even more weight; a single donation can help save up to three lives.

That connection is what makes the campaign land so well. For those already rolling up their sleeves, it’s a small bonus that ties a good deed to a game that revolves around the same theme.

Giving back hits close to home for us

At FULLSYNC, blood donation is something we genuinely care about. I’ve personally donated blood 22 times here in the UK, and I’m just three donations away from earning my Silver certificate for 25 donations. It’s one of those things that takes very little effort on your part, but can make a massive difference to someone else’s life.

Seeing a games publisher acknowledge that, and use their platform to highlight it, is something we’re always happy to support.

When does Vampires: Bloodlord Rising release?

Vampires: Bloodlord Rising enters Early Access on Steam on 30 January 2026, with the #Blood4Bloodlord campaign running until the same date. Full terms and privacy details are available via the official campaign website.

If you’re already planning a blood donation, this is a nice extra reason to get involved. And if you’re not, maybe it’s worth considering, no Steam key required.
